The brief was clear: conference table systems combining the greatest flexibility, state-of-the-art technology integration and an incomparable appearance. The ideal partner to fulfil these exacting demands was found in Rosenthal Einrichtung, with its long tradition of perfectly mastering the spectrum from functionality to representative appearance. The Espelkamp manufactory created a package of 27 table systems for 4 to 54 people for Sparkassen Informatik in Frankfurt.
Frankfurt am Main based Sparkassen Informatik is the leading IT service provider for the Sparkasse savings banks in Germany, and one of the largest in the European financial sector. It looks after more than 300 Sparkasse savings banks in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate – and thus two thirds of all Sparkasse savings banks in Germany.
In Frankfurt the option was now available to realise a communications environment for all employees of the supported institutes in keeping with the standards of the company and at the same time meeting the high demands placed on both conference technology and sophisticated design.
From small table systems through training rooms to large meeting auditoriums, systems were created reflecting the utilisation coefficient of mobility for dynamic conferences as well as the above average quality demands of the institution.
The brief was to create conference facilities that can withstand particularly heavy use at the highest level and nevertheless appeal to the eye with their fine, slender design. Here Cetera Slim's HPL solid core panels were the ideal solution. Their surface and edge finishings are absolutely robust. By means of a lever mechanism the 
Cetera Slim system's table legs can also be remounted and changed around at any time without the use of tools. Thus, depending on the situation, the furnishings can be quickly extended, divided up or repositioned and in this way optimally adapted to changing conditions and utilisation requirements.
Rosenthal Einrichtung's technology integrations, including technology boxes, 230 V wiring and LAN, perfectly serve the demands placed on interface integration. Here not only the company's know-how in the field of conference technology but above all the unique method of integration convinced Sparkassen Informatik.
In terms of design, Cetera Slim perfectly integrates into the overall architecture of the rooms with its filigree and straightforward appearance. With flexible partition systems, Sparkassen Informatik's facility in Frankfurt creates a skilful mixture of modern and technical optics in which a window band ensures a bright and open atmosphere.
The silver, almost metallic looking interior creates a low key ambience accentuated by a handful of skilfully applied colours; in the executive board area warmly toned woods, in the other areas the red tones typical of the Sparkasse savings banks.
The seat upholstery in the Sparkasse savings bank corporate design provides for particular optical highlights. In an exciting contrast Cetera Slim moulds itself effortlessly into this picture with its elegant and filigree appearance. An outstanding example of the perfect symbiosis of furnishings and architecture.
